This is an attempt to track my habits and progress while attempting to adhere to the Slow-Carb Diet as laid out in Timothy Ferriss’ book, The 4-Hour Body. It is mostly for my own edification, but if anyone is interested to follow along, be my guest. I’ll be posting pictures and descriptions of the food I eat, and tracking my weight, bodyfat percentage (once I obtain adequate equipment), and likely, mood and general sense of well-being. Let’s get started, shall we?
