Food consumed:

Breakfast: 2 hard-boiled eggs w/ salt & pepper

Lunch: Mashed Roman beans, grilled chicken breast w/ guacamole, boiled broccoli.

Dinner: “Slow-Carb Tacos” – pan-seared beef top round chunks, kidney beans, and SW salsa, wrapped in romaine leaves; 3 glasses Cabernet Sauvignon (one too many).
