Weight (EOD): 295.5 lbs (-2 lbs)

Breakfast: 4 egg whites; 2 whole eggs; SW salsa; pan-seared asparagus; turkey bacon.

Lunch: 13 buffalo wings (fried/grilled) with guacamole. Not a good combination.

Dinner: Pan-grilled chicken tenderloins, topped w/ SW salsa; black beans (unseasoned – delicious!); Snapea Crisps; 2 glasses Cab Sauv.
