Day 8: 5/26/11

Dinner: Romaine salad with yellow peppers, cucumbers, carrots, black beans and sausage. Olive oil & sriracha dressing.

Other than that, I had a few small snacks but no real meals. A couple beef tips at work, and some baby carrots in the afternoon. Can’t wait until this weekend. It’ll be much easier to keep good slow-carb meals on hand when we have a place to ourselves.
